What Makes The Confidence Revolution Different:

 

Other programs want you to act like someone else to feel confident.  They want you to "fake it 'til you make it," achieve more, or emulate someone else to feel more confident.  We all know that doesn't work. 

The main reason you don't feel confident is because we're taught to not trust ourselves, to seek other people's approval, and to believe that there's something inherently unfixable about us. 

There's nothing wrong with you.  You are a fabulous, brilliant human who has been taught to believe she's not good enough.  

In this program I'll never tell you to "fake it 'til you make it" in fact I think that's the worst advice.  Trying to act like someone else or pretending to be confident might get you through a meeting or two, but it doesn't build REAL self-confidence. 

This program is the only confidence building program that works with how your brain works so that you can actually address the root of what is causing you to feel insecure:  your thoughts. 

You've been taught to believe that you can't feel good about yourself until you're thin, wealthy, successful, in a relationship, and all of the other trappings of "having it all" (including being white, heterosexual, cisgender and able bodied). 

This is why repeating mantras like "I am a confident leader" doesn't work.  If your brain doesn't believe it, a mantra will actually backfire.  

In this program you'll learn simple ways to clear out the limiting beliefs that are holding you back so that you can start believing more empowering thoughts about yourself.

In order to build confidence you have to make fear of failure a thing of the past.  In this module you'll learn how to make failure your friend so that you can do more of what you want when you want.
